BIOGRAPHY

Nico has been in the fitness industry long enough to understand that trying to out-train a bad diet is like eating soup with a fork. He believes that what works for one person might not work for another person.

To foster sustainable results, Nico believes meticulous attention must be given to programming, training adaptations, nutrition and lifestyle factors. He looks to help determined clients reach and sustain their health and fitness goals.

Nico specialises in strength, conditioning and boxing.
